Windows app will not install
Use the original developer or official app store source whenever possible.
What to try
- Confirm you downloaded the installer for your Windows version and device type.
- Check that enough storage is available.
- Close another installation or restart Windows if an installer is stuck.
- Re-download the installer from the official source if the file may be incomplete.
- Read the exact error message before changing security or system settings.
Safety note
Avoid modified, cracked or unknown installers. They can introduce unwanted software and make troubleshooting harder.
